That bilboard in the BG is fucking FREAKY. I'd say you captured LittlePip's perspective of it very well.
Also LOVE Velvet's design here, she looks really awesome, and that detail with him giving her the hat is nice. ^_^ Speaking of I LOVE the gun and Background detail, it all really brings the wasteland feel together really well. (Especially the random filing cabinet just laying around.)
