I didn't want to give him a hug. I wanted to go Super Saiyan and tear apart the whole of the Pitt until I had thrown every single one of those slaver and raider bastards into the parasprite pits without protective clothing.
Someone used their commission for something toward Murky with a character of their own creation?
Excuse me whilst I feel a little bit bewildered and smile a lot!
This is so adorable! Seeing Murky's scale against any other character is just always a great way to reinforce his character. Straight Shot is pretty awesome though, real genial look about him. Great work on this, Mech! Murky doesn't quite look ready to believe somepony's being nice to him.
I absolutely owe you a thank you as well, Taren. It somewhat astonishing me that, well, someone would make him part of -their- commission. Believe me, I feel incredibly warmed to know someone did. Ever so grateful!
I don't know if I'm right or not, but Murky did say in Chapter 8 that he loved Sunny's wide brimmed hat and really wanted it. I can't help but feel this is a sort of follow up. Even if not, it's a wonderful coincidence, I'm sure Murky would adore getting one from someone as apparently caring as Straight here.
Again, thanks for having this thought. It's so adorable between the two of them!
Thanks ^^ A while after I first started reading MN7 I started thinking about having Murky make an appearance in my own FO:E story but couldn't think of a reason as to why he and the group would be there (they're only there to talk to Red Eye about something). Plus he'd probably shoot ponies like Shackles and Barb on sight so I don't think it would be very nice to your own story canon XD
Hahaha, it would be pretty mad, that's for sure! With regards to 'appearances', I don't really hold any absolutes over things. People are free to write or draw what they will. I've never liked to place any drama of "nuuuu that's wroooooong' over things, people do what people do. But it would be pretty unlikely, aye.
This is all that needs said though I think, just a lovely moment of kindness to a pony that really needs it. Again, thanks for the overwhelming generosity to think of him when getting a paid for picture!
